Biaya Gelar yang Tidak Berharga dari California State University Semakin Mahal

Beberapa di think tank online kami, terus terang, katakanlah; “Persetan dengan semua itu, sekarang hanya BS,” dan saya yakin anggota think tank ini benar sekali.

Mengapa kenaikan biaya kuliah sebesar 5% saat pendaftaran berada pada titik tertinggi sepanjang masa? Mengapa kenaikan biaya kuliah tanpa peningkatan manfaat? Gelar tidak lebih berharga dari tahun lalu, bahkan sekarang nilainya lebih rendah. Sistem Universitas Negeri California tidak terkendali seperti Sistem Universitas California, dan akademisi di seluruh negeri dengan hutang pinjaman mahasiswa mencapai 1,4 Triliun Dolar, 45% dari pinjaman tersebut tidak pernah melakukan pembayaran tunggal atau 90 -hari terlambat. Tapi Livingstone-lah yang pertama kali mengungkap kengerian dari semua itu. Ini, dan perjalanan penjelajahannya membentuk warisan abadi.
